The Copper Canyon in Sierra Madre Mountains is Tarahumaras´ home. It is three times larger than the Gran Canyon. Most Tarahumaras live in high altitudes, over 6000 ft high, where they encounter cold winters, while some reside at the bottom of the canyon.
